F3 Gastonia Steppin’ Up to Help Stop Soldier Suicide
Frank made it clear to F3 Tool Time from the very beginning, “I want to win this time!” or maybe it was more like “We WILL win this time, right Tool Time!” F3 Tool Time didn’t disappoint as he crushed the 5K in a time that most of us couldn’t even come close to without pushing a chair. 20 F3 pax joined together to push both veterans at the Stop Soldier Suicide 5K. Team Spencer was a close second and the smiles on both these Vets faces were priceless. Congratulations to both Frank and Spencer on an awesome race! Check out some photos from the race!
Race for the Cure is Coming…
We were so honored to help promote the Susan G. Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure 5K on WBTV News the other day. We were able to share the mission of Speed for Need and how we will be pushing again at this years race. It was great to catch up with Mai Maye, one of the ladies we raced with last year, who was just 10 days out from surgery last year and is now cancer-free.
Sign up to participate in this years Race for the Cure 5K! 15K people will walk, run, or ride in support of the many fighting cancer, remembering those who have lost the battle against cancer, and in support of finding a cure from breast cancer. Enjoy the segment from WBTV News below:
